USING KLARNA:

Klarna is a company that provides a payment processing service where you can buy now and pay later. It gives you the option to pay in instalments or pause your payment for thirty days, while having your item posted out to you immediately. You can pause payment for a longer period, but there is a charge to use this this service if you have not paid after thirty days (which is Klarna’s policy- that is not my decision and I am not benefitting from any fees). You can select this option at the checkout. To qualify, you must be over 18, a UK or US resident, and have a positive credit history.

USING A KAPER PAYMENT PLAN:

Fill in the form on this page. Once I have received your email, the sculpture you would like to buy from my web shop will be relisted as Order For [You]. I’ll send you a link, so you can pay in instalments when you’re ready. Your sculpture will now be available in multiple amounts of smaller payments. (For example, a £250 sculpture might be listed as 5 lots of £50.) You can pay at your own schedule and your sculpture will be posted out to you as soon as you have paid the last instalment.

Payment plans are not usually available for commissions, only for pieces currently in stock on my website.

If the first instalment has not been paid within a fortnight, I will relist the sculpture as available for anybody to purchase again.

The difference between a Kaper payment plan and a Klarna payment plan is that with Klarna you must pay within 30 days to avoid additional fees, but can have your item immediately, while with Kaper you can pay at your own schedule with no additional fees, but must wait until you have paid in full before receiving your item.

If payment is not complete within one year, the item you have selected will be put back up for sale, and you will be issued with a credit note for the amount you have paid so far, available to spend on a future purchase. Refunds are not available, but your credit note will be valid until you choose to spend it.

The item can only be posted to you after you have made full payment.
